In-store really means in-store availability

Products, marked as “in-store” items, are physically present in our warehouse. For us, the term “in-store” does not mean a supplier seated on the other side of the globe.

Delivery or pickup options

The goods are delivered via Hermes parcel service (https://www.hermesworld.com/int/) or via DPD (https://www.dpd.co.uk). If a product is available in-store, it will be physically handed-over for delivery usually within 24 -48 hours. The goods will be delivered to the billing, or shipping, address, if shown in the purchase order, or specified by the customer before dispatch of the goods. Immediately after the hand-over of the goods to the carrier, we will send an informational e-mail including consignment number and tracking reference number. The carrier will inform you immediately in case of the absence or other complications. To pay for your purchase order, you can either pay with your on-line payment card by the payment gateway or via PayPal transfer.

Shipping information

The customer will receive an informational e-mail immediately after the hand-over of the goods to the carrier (the company Hermes or DPD) advising about readiness of the purchase order including consignment number.

Receipt of the goods on delivery

The consignment recipient is obliged to check the package for integrity and any visible signs of damage. When in doubt about integrity or correctness of the package content, the recipient is entitled to check the content of such consignment before acceptance; in case of damaged goods, to refuse to accept such delivery or ask the carrier to re-deliver such goods on the next working day and, in the meantime, to consult his/her problem with the trader. Failing this, the customer may face the risk of unnecessary delays to solve the problem.

Purchase order cancellation

By its sending, the purchase order is considered to be a binding document. However, the customer is entitled to cancel his/her purchase agreement (i.e., purchase order) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. On doing so, the customer must return the goods intact, in the original undamaged packaging complete with all the relevant delivery. 14-day cooling off period will not apply to clearly personalized goods (in our case, framed pictures), tailor-made for a specific client. Upon receipt of undamaged returned goods accompanied with the relevant purchase document, the shop operator will refund the amount of returned items to the credit/debit card or PayPal account of the customer. For safety reasons, the payment may be refunded only and solely to the same credit/debit card or PayPal account as used for the payment of the goods.
