Consent to the processing of personal data for business-related purposes
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of Postershop (hereinafter referred to as the „Collector“), with registered office at Pujmanové 886/17, Praha 4, 140 00, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague under the File Reference no. C 197995, we would like to ask you to grant your consent to the processing of your personal data by reason of a potential business relationship or conclusion of a purchase contract.
The data we will process based on your consent include the name, surname
(also company name, ID and registered office for businesses), contact details (email address, telephone number, and correspondence address), transaction details, and information from records of phone calls or other interaction between you and us. These are data we collect directly from you or from third-party partners.
The legitimate reason for processing your personal data is your consent hereby given to the Collector within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC(General Data Protection Regulation).
In order to complete this contract and send the purchased goods, personal data may be transferred to other persons, even if a delivery method other than personal pick-up at the local branch has been selected.

The above personal data may be processed both manually and in an automated manner and will be processed exclusively for the purposes listed above and will not be passed on to other persons (except those set out above) nor will they be made available for inspection to any other recipient of personal data.
Postershop (the Collector) will process the personal data only for as long as it is necessary over the duration of the contractual relationship (or contracts, if applicable) and in order to exercise the related legal claims (e.g. warranty period, etc.). In the event that you do not become our customer, your consent will be valid for ten (10) years after you have granted it.
The consent is voluntary, therefore, at any time you have the right, subject to the conditions set forth in the relevant regulations, to the rectification and deletion of personal data, as well as the right to limit the processing of personal data and the right to object to the processing or file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
