How to choose and order the goods
- In the shop, find the product which you want to buy.
- Afterwards, click on the “Shopping cart” button. Nothing is binding yet, you can cancel your purchase order at any time.
- If you want to add more goods, search, browse, choose again; if some additional item catches your eye, click on the “Shopping cart” button again. Of course, you can order more pieces. Enter required number of pieces in the item “Quantity” in your “Shopping cart”; the system will automatically calculate the final price.
- Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to place your order, click on the “Transport and payment” button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen (if you are not in the “Shopping cart” screen, click on the shopping cart icon at the right upper corner).
- In the next step, you will be asked to choose a preferred mode of transport and consignment payment. To proceed to the next page, click on the “Delivery information” button.
- Fill out your billing and shipping address. Where these addresses are identical, fill out only relevant displayed fields. If you want to send your delivery at a different address (e.g., a gift for your friend), tick off the option “Shipment to a different address” under the fields and enter new shipment address in the additional new fields. Furthermore, you can also register an account for later purchases. We deliver goods only within the territory of Great Britain.
- Your complete order, including postage and total invoiced sum, will be displayed on the next page. Should you have any comments or special wishes, please let us know in the relevant form under the summary. If you agree to the commercial terms and conditions and want to confirm your purchase order – tick off the option “Agree to the commercial terms and conditions” and complete the entire process by clicking on the “Send purchase order” button. This step will make your purchase order binding for both of our contracting parties. Subsequently, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to pay for your purchase order.
- If the purchase order is successfully sent and registered in the database, the purchase order number will be displayed. The purchase order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Unless the purchase order confirmation is delivered, please check your spam; maybe the e-mail has been redirected to spam messages. If you do not see the confirmation e-mail at all, most probably the purchase order has not been registered in our database correctly. In such a case, contact us immediately.
- We will send you a tax document electronically once the purchase order has been paid. Thank you for shopping in our store.
